"(updated with answer to the owner see end of review)But if you need to sit here apart from the menus (without gruß, water, utensilien), we were left sitting in the restaurant for about 15 minutes with zero attention from the personal. we were also the only ones there, there were 3 people who worked, and they seemed busy to be in commanding the call. busy managing orders is completely understandable, but for this time (in full of all three employees) completely ignored is over rude and non-willing. we actually went into the counter after we were ready to order and asked if we had to order there and they said someone was over. that didn't happen. we simply went out (recognition with zero) and had a great dinner and service in another local facility (after the positive assessment for this place at a moment). I write in the usually only positive reviews, but I felt that this honest, objective calculation is taken in the mind to alert bridges to such situations so that they can fix them. 1/9/22 to owners: thank you for their answer and yes, I quite chopped it up to a bad day for the staff (many calls and snowstorm earlier on the day I made sure it was more busy than normal). to be clear, no one on the personal was despicable, but to be ignored is a great miss in the restaurant / bar business (difficult or not) and all that it would have taken was a few quick workers at our table and crash water and the order that would not have taken more than 2 minutes. once again, we fully understand when a personal gets into the weed (I was a bartender so I get it) but it is always time to offer a quick hallo and expect to customers to expect a delay when busy. that is a small adjustment and the only reason why I wrote the review to point out that it is easy for her personal to fix. I assume our experience was an anomaly and will probably order the intake at a point as eating well smell!"
