"my experience in the hut was absolutely terrible. they did not sat my group until 20 minutes after our reservation, a server did not come to our table for another 15 and once he said: "I didn't know that I should be her server." he gave us two free appetizers for the waiting period and we put our drink order, but the drinks did not come for another 30 minutes. when the food arrived another 30 minutes later, it was cold, bad and disappointing overall. I used to like being in hut, but after this experience I will never return. the waiter was apologetic, but completely laborious, lazy and did nothing to fix the situation. the two cold appetizers we gave free did not come close to enjoying the situation. this was a true example of a restaurant that does the opposite of good business."
