"I am hesitant to leave a negative review for this restaurant because the servers were friendly and the busboys were polite, but my overall experience was disappointing. The food was subpar and I don't recall it being this bad when I last visited a year ago. The quality of the meat in my grilled chicken tostada salad was poor and the salad lacked flavor. I used to order delivery from this place, but the additional charges for chips and salsa, valet parking, and the lack of cleanliness, coupled with overly loud music, left a bad impression. Perhaps I am being too critical due to the high prices, but I had higher expectations based on past experiences. The fact that it was empty on a Saturday night should have been a warning sign."
