"Flavorful BBQ but the brisket lacked charisma except for the bark bites. The burnt ends packed a rusty knife-type flavor and the sauces were east coast vinegar. No mustard ketchup based sauces. Meh!"

"I visited the first time today and just walking in the door the smell was so good I had to let the person in the store know. The food was nice and hot and the burnt ends almost didn't even make it out of the parking lot. I almost ran back in to tell them that they were the best I've had outside of some southern BBQ without a doubt. I will definitely visit again and real soon as you have a new fan in me."
