"As a Miami transplant living in Chicago who also has celiac, I needed an empanada hookup. Cassava did NOT disappoint! I tried one of every flavor and each was more delicious than the last. The dough is soft and pillowy and the fillings are so flavorful and tasty. My favorites were the ground beef, chicken, pork and vegetable. Make sure you get chimichurri on the side, it is the perfect addition to an already incredible meal. You would have no idea they were gluten free unless you knew ahead of time. In fact, I did my panicked “these taste too good to be truly GF” google search as I was eating haha. They offer pickup and delivery and they keep/heat up really well so you can stock up when you order! Can’t wait to order more."
