"On the way to downtown home in Willis on the drive thru to breakfast tacos. Person who took my order was extremely rude and hastened (my husband had not eaten her breakfast before he was not sure what he wanted, so we asked a minute to look over the menu). We get our food and begin to drive, realize that we don't get a straw for my husband's soda, cream or sugar for my coffee, and we were overloaded (for 3 tacos, got 3 tacos, but were for 4) if we had an extra taco, no big thing my husband would have only eaten, but we paid for an extra and not even get. So I called and spoke to the manager and he said we could come back today or another day; as we do not live in the area, we decided to go back directly, as we were still nearby and needed a straw and sugar/cream for drinks. Manager has not only redeemed our entire order, but personally excused that the person is rude and gave us a gift card to return. Perfect example of proper management that transforms a terrible experience into a big one. Thank you for feeling like you appreciate our business!"
