"very disappointed. looks better than it tastes. for the first time the only person there was waiting for almost 15 minutes before someone came to help. wanted to try a sort, so ordered philly cheese steak, chicken breast kosnuss garnelen. the meat in the Philly cheese steak tasted funky, and the sauce was all watery the speck in the huh was clearly not fresh, and even artificially costed. the aioli also tasted like a simple mayonnaise. the cocosnuss garnel was delicious as the mango up, its too bad everything they get are 2 small pieces hidden in salat. will not make a second trip."

"Brett and his team Hector and Mike have done a phenomenal job!! My experience was excellent, because of the pandemic it literally made everything impossible, but I still wanted to make my mother's birthday enjoyable, it wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for boards amazing and friendly costume service. I had ordered a small catering order on the same day and the food was done within 15 minutes! I was blown away with the excellent costume service. On the phone I pressed how I wanted my mother to have a special dinner and I was freaking out because it was late and did not want my mother to ruin b-day also she works in the hospital and definitely deserves a fun time for her birthday, Brett promised that my mother would have a great birthday dinner and he really kept his word! Food was also neat, fresh, tasty and generous amount of food packed. If there is a 5 reviews scale, I would give Brett and his team 6 stars!"

"This was one of the best, most professional environments I’ve ever been in. Not just for a restaurant either. The staff is friendly and transparent. As they’re preparing your amazing food that you’re about to fall for, they’ll help guide you to what you want and how you want it. The best part was we didn’t have to stand around a while. You pick out the blueprint for the type of meal you want. Then you slide down and wait about :30 to a minute. It’s perfect because like a golden buffet there’s so much to choose from. This short break gives you a chance to get an idea what you want them to put on for you. They’ll stay with you the whole time if it’s your first time. Whoever is reading this needs to try Moes Southwest Grill. I’ve passed this place every day for years and never went in. Today I was surprised how good the food and service was. That’s a restaurant that is gonna come out of this Pandemic smelling like Roses. Southwest Roses that is!! The food is great and the customer service was amazing. I strongly recommend this restaurant and it’s food. I’ve been to a half dozen other Southwest restaurants and this place beats them all by far."

"Food Prep Person was patient and identifies the various items on the counter to choose from. She also asked if there is anything else to make sure before she wraps the burrito. Great customer service. Maybe because it's not too crowded, do they give me extra attention? This situation is definitely worth coming back. Other Moe's locations rushed at me and I felt like being pushed into the cash register before I picked up my fillings. The price is now higher so that lunch for one person is at $16."

"I recently visited Moe's in Oldsmar and found that they have become much more consistent than they were in the past. The food was hot and delicious - I had a steak burrito and a white meat chicken burrito. The staff was very friendly and greeted us with a warm "welcome to Moe's". The service was also quick, likely due to it being a slow Moe Monday. It appears that they have increased their staff, which contributed to our overall satisfaction with the experience. We left the restaurant feeling happy."
