When it was time to pay, I mentioned I had a coupon for queso and chips. However, when I tried to pull it up on my phone, it wouldn’t load. The cashier jokingly said that meant he got to eat it. I asked if I would still receive the chips, and he confirmed that I would.
After paying and leaving a tip, I checked my bag and realized there were no chips. When I pointed this out, the cashier replied that he thought I meant to ask if chips were included. He then offered to sell me some after I had already paid for my order, which I declined.
Upon getting home, I opened my food only to discover it was cold. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I left disappointed."
