"You know its great brisket when you dont need the sauce to satisfy your taste buds. Start with the delightful smokey smell before you enter the door and it translates to literally every bite of the meat not just the outside.I got the brisket and the tritip with sweet potato fries.(my favorite is the tritip)Im lucky to meet the amazing couple owners as well? and the staff.I'll be coming back definitely and work my way thru all the menu."
