"They were out of items we wanted to try. We’re unable to make Pisco Sours. Didn’t have the Ossibuco, and they were out of Estrella beer. They were very nice about it. I found the lomo saltado to be good, but in a nouvelle manner. The meat was good quality, but the plate, instead of robust, was minimalist. I like that they included choclo in the rice. Nice touch. The shrimp appetizer was good. The chicken dish was ok. It was supposed to be flavored by aji Amarillo. The only resemblance was the yellow shade of the sauce. The music was too loud and I found the televisions to be intrusive. I had high hopes. Sadly, those were dashed."
