"I’ve been here 14 or 15 times over the past 3 years and things have been going steadily downhill. I have generally enjoyed the food, especially the hotpot, and despite how annoying the repeated loud happy birthday song is, you can tolerate it as a unique quirk. Today was the final straw however. I brought a friend from out of town, and after waiting 2 hours to be seated we waited another 45 for our food. We had to ask more than 5 times for water at our table.
