"Do not often go to Oberweis, but if I do, the service and ice cream are always great! We lost our receipt, so you no longer have the survey code, but wanted to leave a review of our experience tonight and how great it was. Hasn't got his name, but the person who served us was super nice and personal. I think he was a manager and after giving me my shake, I thought I should make sure and ask if there are any nuts in the wafer neck he said there would be. I know I should have told him before that I had a nut allergy, so I felt super bad not to drink it, but without hesitation he said he would do another for me. The staff looked like they worked well and it was another good visit for me!"
