"This restaurant can and will cancel your open table reservation prior to your meal time BUT still show up! This happened to us and they were completely dead with tables available. Also, ask to sit near the lake view windows if possible. The staff like to congregate and complain about restaurant gossip- staff being sick, staffing, family life- and it greatly disturbs the peace of your restaurant experience. This seems to occur back by the buffet glass on either side and also in a room behind the scenes that you can still hear from on the hostess stand side of the restaurant. We ate there 4 times in 2 days so I noticed patterns very quickly."
