"We could have breakfast this morning with our 9-year-old grandson. My husband was excited, they have Dutch Benedict with scrap and cookies. They are not homemade and have no taste. Our Hash Brown's were gray and scared me, but I tasted...grill gray and no taste. The waffle Ethan was actually light and fluffy in the syrup. The new look is very nice and the service is good, but a restaurant that doesn't make.... my steak was a piece cut by a larger cut and very hard. I'm sorry, but we love our breakfast and you fail...."

"I will not be returning to Haywards in the future. I was disappointed to see them measuring their ice cream portions. Visible portion control, especially in a family-owned business, is off-putting to me. I suggest trying Whyte Farms in Rowley instead. Even Subway avoids visible portion control. If Haywards stops being so focused on saving money, I may reconsider dining there again."

"Horrible experience here as I stopped by to pick up an order to go. The black lady was friendly and asked the name. I waited patiently for 15 min as a half dozen people came, had their sandwiches made and left. I was just me standing there again waiting for just a couple of sandwiches. I tried asking the short white stocky gal about my order and was just ignored. I raised my voice to get her attention again and different lady came out with a clipboard who appeared to be the manager. She said ?Can I help you??? I told her was not to happy about the way I was treated and waiting forever for a small order? also I?m about to just leave, and she said ?Well Just Leave Then!!? Fine?. I?ll never be back to any Brueger?s Bagels Ever Again ????????"

"My favorite gelato place ever I come here all the time. They have so many flavors to pick from and their gelato is very affordable. My personal favorites are the taro and the tiramisu flavors. I recommend checking this place out if you're in the area, you won't regret it!"
