"Avoid this location! Last time I’ll ever go to this location off bluebonnet. The customer service is poor and the employees are rude and unprofessional. I was ordering food and the lady taking my order had this attitude like she hated life and hated her job. "This is my first time and I ordered online, came there to pick up and everything is not even ready!! I even have to choose a substitute for my order because they don’t have any in stock and didnt even tell me way before i pick up my order!!! The worst"
"Still the yummiest tomato basil soup ever! The croque madame was so good, as well as the basil pesto pasta. You can fill out a survey for a free dessert, pastry or coffee but it kind of takes a while so I didn’t have time bec I wanted to eat while it was hot. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
"Ordered large Caesar’s salad with French onion soup. French onion soup did not have the cheese and crouton. Soup was overloaded with onions and was not that good. The Caesar’s salad dressing tasted nothing like a Caesar’s dressing. I have been going to the Metairie location for over 25 years and will never go back to any laMadeleine based on this lack of food quality. Extremely disappointed long-time customer."
