I have a weakness for eggs Benedict, so naturally I went with the Cajun-Bone, perfectly roasted muffin with a piece of tomatoes (even if I don't especially like tomatoes, it adds a savory taste), most TASTY cats I've ever had with a hollandaise sauce that will make you drool. And if you are in the mood for something sweet, the beignets are exactly what your taste buds are looking for.
