"We love Del Taco. When you are traveling and need a quick bite, this is a great stop. We especially love the crinkle cut fries. The one thing I wish they had would be little cups for your ketchup. My husband loves the Epic Guacamole Chicken Burrito. I love the Del Combo."
"get a new night staff because this is absolutely outrageous. the woman working drive through was so rude for absolutely no reason. I am ALWAYS nice to workers, especially in the food industry. I spoke to her kindly and she was rude in return. I get that it’s late but you don’t have to get annoyed when we ask for things on the MENU."

"I eat here ALL THE TIME. At least twice a week. I used to manage a similar chain of restaurants and know how tough it is. You guys are killing it. Service is always fast and friendly, my order has always been perfect, the food has always been good. Even my best store didn’t perform like this one. "Went through drive through and they forgot part of order. Then had the gull to tell me when I called that to get the tacos we paid for and they forgot, that we would have to make another purchase and they would add them on. She was very rude about it. Never would recommend"
"I really love how when you ask for extra cheese the really give you extra cheese without any lip…like taco bell, when you ask them for extra cheese they charge an arm and a leg and then only give you like a two finger pinch, they suck. Del Taco is way better and has fresher food!!"

"When we parked the car I noticed a smell just outside the restaurant. That should have been when I turned around and got back into the vehicle. The smell got stronger inside. I believe some of the food had gone rancid. The restaurant was only moderately clean. Ignorance is bliss, maybe stick to the drive-thru. Normally I’d say Del Taco is better than Taco Bell… but now I’m not so sure."

"Their tacos are fairly large so I like that the tacos del Carbone sauce is excellent they're open 24 hours in the Drive-Thru which is quite nice. The sauce packets are not as exciting as I thought they would be however they're fresh guacamole is fire good. They have tons of options and a lot of vegetarian options as well."
"The day I went there was a huge line and they were really slow they didn't recommend anything and when I asked questions about what was in the product they weren't very knowledgeable I ended up with two burritos that cost me $17 and they were horrible."

"Update: Last few times we have gone in the team is efficient and friendly. We do not have much of a wait. It has been fairly busy when we have come back. A lot of improvements. Thank you team, really glad we can order a meal not have to wait an exuberant amount of time and the orders have not been messed up. "Good food rude guy at the window saying both of my cards were declined when I have money on both of them it’s not my cards it is your system with a glitch or being stupid not my cards. "Worst Del Taco ever. Always incredibly slow even though they get plenty of business to keep more than a skeleton crew. This last visit was the worst of all time, waited 30 minutes in the drive-through line then when I got to the window my food was sitting right there yet I waited 15 minutes and they didn't even come to the window while they were taking orders and messing with the ice cream machine. Left without my food, absolutely ridiculous even for those poor underpaid employees."
"What's the point of ordering ahead if you have to wait in an hour-long line to pick up your food????? Apparently the lobby is locked after hours and they make everyone wait in the drive thru line. Tried to park run up to the drive thru window to shorten the huge line, but they wouldn't give the food to us even though it's already done. "For what it is meaning its in an industrial area. The staff is good and are somewhat friendly in relations to a small language barrier not the case with the drive thru attendant she was brilliant because of her I gave the service a 5 star rating. I have never dined inside really can't make a rating there so I gave them a 3 star rating food was a little cold but still was decent."
"Ordered a burrito combo with one chicken and one veggie burrito but received both chicken burritos. When I entered the store for pickup I saw the employee talking on the phone and simultaneously assembling burritos while other watching video on phone (kept on a table) while filling up the bag with all items. No wonder why this happened."
