"Saturday, we had a party of 6 that gambled and then took a break to eat at around 5:30. After we ordered our food, we waited approximately 70 minutes to receive our food. The fries were room temperature, our burgers were cooked unevenly. One in the party ordered a french dip in which the meat was raw. When we brought this to the server's attention, and then the manager's, it seemed like they couldn't care less about the fries. They did offer to replace the french dip at no charge and offered us free deserts, however, after waiting another 1/2 hour for the replacement french dip, we decided to leave. I don't understand why, with the money a casino makes, the food is so challenging to get right. The food here was brutal and so was the service. I recommend eating off site or picking up a Big Mac before you arrive. On another note, they should have someone adjust the sound for the performances. Loud out of tune Elvis songs really just magnified the whole experience. This place is in the top 3 as far as the worst places I have ever eaten at. Awful."
