"VERY disappointing. I am not one to normally leave bad reviews but this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had.My husband and I went in on our anniversary to have a unique ice cream experience as this place truly is unique.The girls that were working there were very nice. We ordered and went to sit down, and the chairs were filthy. Not just the ones we went to sit in but every single chair. The hallway had furniture and signs pilled up. My husband's ice cream was sitting in a stand that had chipping paint and rust on it. I looked down because something caught my eye. A cockroach. The staff asked where it was and went to show them under a bench and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in days. The poor girls that were working there didn't know what to do at first. We weren't even offered a refund. Makes me sad more than anything. We will not go back."
