"I frequent this outstanding restaurant every couple of days because I love the good air that is exist in this place. The staff is extremely loving and well trained. The service is pretty fast. Most important, the food you get is magnificent. I came many times and I was always happy. The cost is modest. I recommend this place to all my friends."

"The food and wine were outstanding. The service was impeccable, with very attentive staff. Wait times between dishes were well managed, and water was always taken care of. All wait staff were very knowledgeable about wines and dishes. The only suggestion I have is to let guests know that the sirloin is slightly more salty than is usually the case."

"Always good food at a price you’d expect to pay; not cheap but we’ll worth the price. The specials are always really well prepared there’s a terrific chef. No dogs were inside during this visit thankfully. (When did this become ok? . That’s been a real turn off in the past. Our wait staff person was very friendly without being creepily familiar as we’d experienced there before. Reservations are a good thing even if it’s almost empty as you enter, the dining room fills up quickly."

"My wife I spent the afternoon watching a World Cup soccer game at Blaue Gans and had a superb time. We were seated in an ideal and comfortable location by a gracious waiter and enjoyed excellent German beer and a tasty meal. The wait-staff worked hard and were friendly and efficient. Goal!"
