"The service and the atmosphere are great! The food is good and cheap, they have some midwest country lovers like fried okra and cornbread. The food itself could only be a 4 star, but the service is more than 5 in my book. I have a brother who is special needs with heavy autism so he can't handle loud music. They brought us into the quietest table area and could turn off the music in this section for him. Love this place!!!"

"We really loved this place. It was a friendship meeting (Party of 7). Our first time there. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The restaurant is next to the canal. Dog-friendly. All the girls asked for salads and although I didn't try them, they looked delicious. I ordered the famous Brisket Sandwich and a basket of Fritten on the side. The bride was delicate, aromatic and juicy. Couldn't be better. The pommes were crispy outside and delicate inside. Delicious. We will be back to try the fantastic selection of sandwiches. Added to my list of hidden gems."

"the Italian food in the mission has done right. I tried the spaghetti and meatballs, the strozapretti pesto, and the bucatini all’amatriciana and they were all fantastic pastas made by someone who understands cooking. the desserts are great. the beer selection could include a storage, but at the same time the single position makes it easy. love the ambiente – with the solid food it is a complete package for an evening with Italian food."

"I decided to check this place out after seeing a recommendation on Urbanspoon. At first glance, it didn't look very appealing—kind of like a run-down McDonald's. However, I chose to ignore my initial impressions and went ahead based on the reviews. I ordered a rib and chicken platter for around $30, and now I understand why this restaurant consistently wins awards for the best ribs year after year! It turned out to be one of the most memorable meals from my tour of the West Coast."
