"The service is always sketchy. Even when I've gone in for an order, I have to check it. They ALWAYS forget the drinks, the last time before this I called to remind them, and they still forgot it. I called to complain, and their excuse was, GrubHub will just take it off the order. They always seem to have an excuse. I'd use GrubHub more often, but this order, and the one from a few months back were bad. And if you call them, they ALWAYS blame the drivers. I know several drivers for GrubHub, door dash, and Uber, and they all catch the blame for something not being right. It's not fair to the drivers. As far as the restaurant goes, it's OK, nothing spectacular."
