"The food was decent hear but the manager on duty was a female with loads of makeup and big hair extensions (not too sanitary), but that wasn’t the bad part. The manager had a surly attitude like really bad, but the rest of the workers were kind. My friend had to ask her to take an order, then she asked a question about a breakfast combo, and she had a short snippy-rude response. She then got really mouthy when we asked for grape jelly, she said yea it’s in the bag then we said it’s strawberry then she snapped back at us saying it was grape. We could clearly show her but she really needs an attitude adjustment or a different job."

"The manager told me she hadn’t received my breakfast order there was an issue because right as I arrived the computer switched to lunch. She promptly fixed the issue which I really really appreciated because I’ve been having a pregnancy craving for a bacon egg cheese biscuit. "The days of fast food are over when you have to pull forward for a couple combo meals. The double drive thru wasn't a good idea, people dont pull up far enough for the next vehicle to order. The reason for the double drive thru and them pulling up cars is it makes thier numbers look better. When they pull you forward they can clear your order from the screen that started a timer the moment you ordered."

"Newly renovated! And not only the appearance has changed. I haven't been in this place for some time, didn't even realize they were closed for reconstruction. When I came in, I was taken back. COMPLETE interior design! And they accounted for the social distancing in the layout, sufficient space between the tables and contained very attractive dividers. It's bright and cheerful! And super clean, and it looks like they're trying to keep it between the guests. Instead of standard all the same tables, they now have stands next to the windows they have a comfortable sofa with a table they have regular height tables they have a high table with high chairs. It is not just a place to get a burger, but you can sit and enjoy your food/coffee with a laptop or book, in comfort. And of course there is WiFi The order counter has changed and they now have self service kiosks that are easy to use. The staff were dressed in white shirts and ties, and everyone I spoke with had a first setting and was super pleasant. The orders were placed in the tables instead of carrying your own tray, and the manager was filled with coffee! If you haven't been there lately, it's worth a visit!"

"For the most part my experiences at Forest McDonald's have been okay. It's McDonald's so I pretty much expect greasy food and mediocre service. We don't go there often. I prefer to cook for my family. We were in a pinch and my son wanted McDonald's so my husband went to the drive-thru. I had checked the menu online before he left and picked out what I wanted--an artisan grilled chicken sandwich. Apparently, this store no longer sells grilled chicken sandwiches of any kind. So much for the slightly healthier options. Very disappointed. Update from last week...missing half our order. We're done with Forest McDonald's. Won't be back."
