"A while back we ordered 3 pizzas for a around $100- when I tell you they skipped out, they really skipped out. Very very disappointed. I maybe had 2 pepperonis on one slice of my pepperoni pizza. Crust on a normal pizza was so thin it tore through, very little cheese and sauce (if we wanted thin crust we'd order it) And they raised prices! Skimp and keep same prices or actually give us a real pizza. Reginellis was a favorite for years and sadly, we will be looking elsewhere for a new pizza place … – show"

"Order 82 on July 7, 2021 Ordered a bowl of soup and a chicken sandwich. The soup was good but the chicken sandwich was lame. Half the sandwich had a few small tidbits of chicken in it the other half literally had no chicken in it at all- I brought it to the servers attention, she was speechless. Had the camera on my phone be working y’all would get a picture of how lame this chicken sandwich really is. They comp’ed the chicken sandwich but don’t see myself coming back."

"AWFUL service. Was sent to a dirty table. Waited 10 minutes for menus. Then waited another 15 to have our order taken. There weren't many tables in use and most already had their food. Plenty of servers, who seemed to be spending more time chatting than working. After another long wait, we asked our waiter about our appetizer. He said it would arrive with our pizzas. "Years ago I went here to pick up a pizza carry out after a long shift at work (I was a security officer at the time and in full uniform). The airhead female college student waitress took it as an opportunity to berate me because she “doesn't like guns”. Manager just sort of shrugged and stood by and told me oh she's from up north like that sort of behavior is expected and normal. Haven't been back since."
