"I recently placed an order over the phone at St.Louis Halal Meet for 8lbs of chicken and 7lbs of mutton. Upon picking up my package and being billed accordingly, I regrettably didn't inspect the contents before leaving the shop. However, upon arriving home and inspecting my purchase, I discovered that I had received only 5lbs of chicken instead of the 8lbs I had ordered.Despite numerous attempts to contact the shop regarding this discrepancy, I have received no response. Compounding the frustration is the fact that I am not a local resident of St. Louis, making it impractical for me to return to the shop in person to rectify the situation.This experience has left me greatly disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service provided by St. Louis Halal Meat. Not only did they fail to fulfill my order accurately, but their lack of responsiveness to my concerns reflects poorly on their customer service. I strongly advise others to thoroughly check their orders before leaving the premises and to consider alternative options for their meat purchases"
