"I loved the Impossible totchos at this restaurant; they were tater tot nachos covered in vegan queso. It was like enjoying a basket of fried and gooey deliciousness. I wish they sold the queso by the bucket because it reminded me of my time in Texas. It would be even better if they didn't charge extra for vegan cheese, but at least it tasted great!"
