"We arrived at 1 PM January 2 for our confirmed reservation. when we got there the restaurant was closed with no notice on the locked door. To add insult to injury, Blackwells was still taking reservations on OpenTable for that afternoon. Incidentally among our party was a 98 year old in a wheelchair out celebrate the new year with her family. Happy New Year!"
