"here stopped today 08/31/22, about 3:15. I finally wanted to celebrate my birthday and get my free dessert. what a disappointment! I had worked out all day outside, I was in a lot of physical pain, was starving, so out of 3 places I drove on the other side of the city to stop at sidney's applebees! big mistake! when the door invites, you thought someone would hear it, no! the girl came twice out of the kitchen to see the ice to fill the bar, she didn't do so much. only 2 young people at the bar, no one else there. Yes, there was a sign at the door, something about low staff I understand. what I don't understand, she wasn't even thinking that someone could wait, watch out, someone will be with me soon! I thought my service would not have improved, so I went away! poor service!"
