"It is convenient to place orders in person, but online orders are not the best option. I requested two servings of sour cream and did not receive any with my order. Plus, there is no option to request either red or green salsa or add notes to the order. I ordered 14 servings of red or green hot sauce, but received only green salsa. Additionally, I asked for extra meat twice and got the same amount of meat in both burritos, not extra. However, the burritos are delicious, especially the carne asada, al pastor, and beef tongue."
