"After the gym and a bike ride at Shoreline I took Gavin here to refuel. We were both hungry and was ready to feast. I don't eat papusas often but for some reason I felt that it was my destiny to consume some. This restaurant is very small and it gets busy and after eating here I can see why. Service was spotty. I couldn't tell if they were short because they were busy or if it's because they didn't care or was annoyed that it was busy. That was the impression I felt.. because this place was busy I sent Gavin off to fend for himself so he can hunt down a table for us whilst I order and pay. We tag team all the time when we need to. He found a table whilst I ordered the chicken burrito bowl, a chicken burrito (w/o the pico), and their beef papusa. Gavin's burrito and my burrito bowl (really a plate) was served w/in 15 minutes which isn't bad but the papusas took awhile. They do make everything fresh but still.. 25-30 minutes for papusas isn't what I was expecting. I had to go up and ask. The papusas were delicious.. I will learn how to make it myself."

"Came here 3 times. First time I came it was solid. Got my quesabirrias and was happy with it. Next time I came 10 minutes before close time and she says she’s closed while I see 3 tortillas on the grill behind her. Today, I came a half hour before close and she said closed again. This time I mentioned the hours, but she said she already shut off the grill. Clearly does not care for business and on her own schedule. I’d give 1 star if it wasn’t for the first time experience, guess I came way before close time then.*Update* came on a Friday at 4pm and she wasn't even open at all. Poorly run business"

"I ordered carne asada and tamales via doordash within 20 minutes my order was ready. I pulled up to the convenient drive-thru picked up my order. Friendly staff. Everything was so yummy. Their green salsa is divine, and SPICY! The carne was a little dry, but otherwise good. Definitely the MOST ethnic Mexican Salvadorian food I have eaten in or around Anacortes. 5 stars!"

"Phenominal tacos. Tortillas made in house. Had the Birria and al Pastor. Both were great and were hot offnthe grill but the al Pastor was next level. Stopped here whike traveling. If this place was local id eat here once a week minimum. A note to the 1 Star reviews. Yes there was a bit of a wait but have yall ever been to a popular joint where there wasnt a wait? Have you ever been to a joint that made food fresh and with great care that didnt make you wait? I dare anyone to try these tacos and not be blown away. I havent tried the rest of the Menu but i am looking forward to it."

"This place is always delicious. The tacos and enchiladas are the two things I usually get when I go. I also love their guac and chips. My family doesn’t live far either and they order different things from here but they’re always happy too. If you’re wondering if this food truck is worth it, it is! You won’t be disappointed!"
