"I would like to give 4 stars but I’ll explain what it is 3. We had a family lunch in a busy Sunday afternoon. Table of 7. We ordered several dishes, and 6 pitchers of sangria. The service needs some attention. Our sever was friendly but not attentive. We often couldn’t find her so we had to ask 3 other servers walking around for food, water, napkins, etc. the food was almost perfect. All meat was cooked properly and seasoned well. The only issue was the ceviche which lacked acidity and salt. It was bland, tasted like absolutely nothing. I would still recommend Selva Negra for Greta meats and sides, just don’t order ceviche."
