"the food was average. the amount of butter that she put on the pancake was unhealthy. the food was sent back to remove butter. the service was slow. the waitress seemed to be under the influence of something. her uniform and look was not satisfactory at all. she was seen three times to take our order, to give us our drinks and to give us the leak. There are no reviews in between. I would not return to this place. they also did not advise the additional cost to change from swarm to truthahn."

"This appears to be a nice iHOP, as the restaurant is clean and well kept. Our server was jovial, attentive, and happy to accommodate our dining needs. I ordered their version of a turkey dinner (similar to what I offered at Village Inn, which is my favorite . The portions were a bit smaller and not served with any cranberry (sacrilegious in my book! , whereby the server graciously substituted blueberries (which were excellent . The toasted piece of bread was a bit too garlicky for my palate. Overall my choice of entree with mashed potatoes and broccoli was fair, yet filling. Thanks."

"This IHOP was not the worst I have ever visited in terms of cleanliness. We visited on a Saturday around 1pm and there was no wait. I ordered my usual steak tips and eggs, while my wife opted for a spinach and mushroom omelette. The food was good, although it's important to remember that this is IHOP we're talking about. The kids shared a silver dollar pancake breakfast for their second meal of the day and they really enjoyed it. This restaurant is a great choice for families with children. The service was top-notch."

"Since discovering IHOP 40 years ago, I have been enamored with the concept of enjoying breakfast at any time of day. However, there is so much more to IHOP than just breakfast. The variety of dishes and options available at the IHOP locations we frequent never fail to impress us. From Nutella Crepes to omelettes to steak and eggs, there is something for everyone's taste preferences. We particularly enjoy the Big Steak Omelette, Steak Tips and eggs, Country Fried Steak and Eggs, Eggs with Avocado, as well as their selection of crepes and pancakes. The newest addition to their menu, Cannoli pancakes, was a hit with our entire family. The service at this specific location is excellent, with all staff members being friendly and professional. The restaurant is always clean and conveniently situated near major roads. Being located within a plaza is a bonus, allowing for easy access to other errands after a satisfying meal. I highly recommend IHOP and this particular location."

"We ordered this food online. Unfortunately with IHOP, they always leave something important out when ordering takeout. We ordered strawberry banana French toast and grits. The bananas for our toast were left out so he had to drive back to get the bananas and some strawberry syrup. We’ve recently reduced our orders to IHOP for this reason. The portion size on grits in the restaurant is more ample than takeout, but the price is the same. I gave IHOP a 4 because after we get the food all prepped with the right ingredients at home, the food is good. The French toast is fluffy and tasty. The grits are delicious because they’re perfectly seasoned. If all of the other ingredients were added to our bag and no return trips had to be made, I would be happier. On a positive note, I’ve noticed some new menu items that look very tasty and when in the mood for an in-person meal, we’ll definitely try them. Vegetarian options: The strawberry banana French toast is an excellent vegetarian breakfast for me."

"I had the pleasure of dining at IHOP for the first time recently. I was thrilled to see an IHOP as our local one had closed years ago. The hostess quickly seated us and we were served by a wonderful waitress named Ninfa. She was pleasant, accommodating, and made our dining experience enjoyable. We arrived 10 minutes early for IHoppy hour at 2, and Ninfa kindly took our order before the promotion started. I ordered french toast and sausage, while my daughter got a crispy chicken sandwich - both were delicious. To my surprise, our bill came out to only $12 for both meals. My daughter jokingly remarked that her meal cost more at McDonald's. With great food, excellent service, and affordable prices, you really can't go wrong dining at IHOP."

"Cooks are totally unprofessional! Sent out the wrong food twice, overcooked eggs and cold beef tips. we sat here an hour for this garbage! The whole time we could hear the cooks cussing, laughing and playing. It was so bad that the wait staff was complaining. Our waitress was very apologetic and sincere, but Mr. Mike, the manager, totally unconcerned. Then he sent someone out from the kitchen who identified himself as a manager. Not to mention, I saw him in the kitchen cooking, he claimed that he was in the back doing inventory and did not hear the continuous and excessive use of foul language. "So, ALL of the tables were filthy with dishes all over them (after we were seated, someone did go around cleaning up though). This means they had to seat us right up against the only other group that was in there at the time. Those people asked to move, for which I was thankful cuz it was awkward. Our waitress may have been nice, but I couldn't understand her since she didn't compensate for the mask that was clinging to her face so bad it muffled every word, so she also may have been rude, I have no way of knowing. We didn't get our pop (only one person got coffee) until the food came and we asked for our pop. The chicken tenders were REALLY good. Idk what was in that breading but it was delicious!! The fries were OK, the onion rings were pretty good too. My daughter loved the pancake sundae and my hubby liked his burger."

"Normally we love IHOP. However when we went to this location around 8 p.m. on a Sunday oh, we first waited about 20 minutes before we were greeted by anyone. And then when we were we were told there would be about an hour wait. There was no one visible in the dining area oh, so either they had a party or something in an area that was not visible or they were massively understaffed."

"First time dining in since start of pandemic. Busy Sunday. Seated quickly, had to wait 15+ minutes for waitress to appear after being seated, long wait for food and then both orders were incorrect. One order had to be completely redone and they still got part of it wrong. The other order they had to recook the eggs. 20 minutes later, I was completely finished with my meal and my husband's reorder had not appeared. Apologies and a 10% discount didn't make up for long wait for replacement order. Food was consistent IHOP quality. When we finally got our food, it was hot and what we had come in to eat, just too bad we didn't get to eat together. I think that I will go back to delivery service for IHOP food for a while before we try dining in again."
