Llapingachos- Ecuadorian Potato cakes (were more like scoops of mashed potatoes), grill tomatoes, pork chorizo, poached eggs and chipotlehollandaise were flavorful Savanna Banana Homemade Banana bread covered with caramelized banana creme anglaise, (ask for morecreme anglaise, trust me, it's good)"
