"The first word that came to my mind was authentic. You could tell the freshness of the food and the care that went into each individual item. Healthy and delicious! There are a variety of different things on the menu all organic and grass-fed even down to the desserts with the gluten free coconut cookie. The wait staff was amazing each and everyone seemed to work well together. Brian was especially attentive. This will be a restaurant that I will want to visit frequently. Thank you Organic Bites for an amazing Saturday brunch. I will be back!"
