"The manager was working the bar, not able to care for customers. The restaurant ran out of the drinks, and the menu items we wanted and made our reservations for. We sat for an hour after our starters, still waiting for our main course, when we finally flagged down our server. She apologized and then went into the kitchen to have our food made, it was fresh and hadn't been attended in the hour we sat. This place has a lock on the hotel guests, but it was in general disappoiting. This was a festival weekend and the restaurant ran out of food and beverage options on a Friday night, not good."
