"We were welcomed by Hiro and his staff as we sat at the sushi bar. Hiro is the itamae-san and whipped up some special treats we have not had in a while. We started with Kawahagi (Fish jerky), beer and a bottle of very cold unfiltered sake. Then proceeded on to Edamame, Chilean Seabass with miso sauce, Oyster Fry, Ika and mentaiko with a quail egg, several temaki with ikura and mentaiko, toro, uni (very good and sweet) and finally finished with Banana Tempura. The entire experience was wonderful. The food was all fantastic. Hiro was not rushed, was friendly and easy to talk to. He has been back in his old location for about a year. I wish we had known sooner!"
