"I really wanted to like this place. It is on the expensive side for what the foods and drinks are. I like aesthetics and the subject. But I ordered two drinks and I waited 15 minutes before someone came out of the back to make my drink. I saw the woman who came out to drink in less than a minute. The workers don't look like they don't care what I understand, they only work there, but they move slowly. I got my drink, but I missed the toppings I asked for. I can't say if I paid for it (because I don't really pay attention to the screen/50 cents), but the checkout repeated my order and it was then correct. You made our drinks new. I just feel so disappointed."
