"we visited pho saigon express 8/15/2019. the waitress was knowledgeable and helpful. they gave details we asked about. I'm on a very low-fat diet, and she knew what items would be low-fat. she even told us about an article on the non-veg part of the menu that was just there because it was made with chicken stock, but it could be made with vegetables stock, and then it would be vegan. I ordered early rolls (with tofu) and iron (also with tofu). they were very tasty and were, in that did not even oily. I wish brown rice was an option."
