"Pho-nomenal!!! As a self-proclaimed broth inspector pho connoisseur I hereby declare Pho Mignon amazingly delicious. The service is also notably incredible. Talk about attentiveness. WOW! Try the Pho Garlic Beef if you’re into garlic as it’s is unique, savory and oh-so garlicky! Just tried the egg rolls and they were delightful! Menu is huge and eclectic, so there’s definitely something for everybody. Best pho on the Eastside for sure, if not King County. Pho get about it….GIVE IT A TRY!"
