"I would like cocina candela, which has arranged an elegant ambiente and eating artistically on the plates, but the taste lacks: the octopus salad is a flushing in the bland oil, the red snapper rests on a bed of sweet potato puree that helps nothing, and the mofongo was gumy king, instead of chewing, with chicken cubes, the noon. the rice with garnelen was nothing but these two ingredients. the chorrasco was pretty good, thank you good, and as rare as we ordered it. but the tres leches for dessert was disappointing, and that dessert is always a winner elsewhere. my theory: in an attempt to be raised (not wrong with it,) cocina candela has the bold aromen that I like when I edit puerto rican cuisine."
