"The first time I went to this restaurant it was overall great they had good food and great service at a moderate price. But that was the only time since then the people who have been behind the counter are so rude! On top of that they over serve on the rice and barely give you any meat to go with it and then they over charge you for it all. I would not recommend going here at all. Also if you do waste you 're time going here let them know at the start of your order that you will be paying with card cause the price goes up if you are if you pay with cash you get a discount"

"Really bad! I ordered chicharron de pollo and this was basically soggy breaded chicken like KFC from WISH--not crispy at all....the meat inside the alcapurria was red...the tostones were old/soggy chewy...the avocado salad lets just say the salad from the already prepped packages are better...never again"

"I just tried Gary's for the first time, and we were blown away by the food. This is really the place to go for high end Latin American cuisine. The fish ceviche portion was huge, with huge chunks of fish. Outstanding sushi--the fish tasted so fresh. Fried rock shrimp was incredibly yummy. And the cocktails were outstanding. "The peas in the moro de gandules were hard. whoever made it cant cook. the pork chunks had a weird taste to them. the price was reasonable but not worth it for the quality of the food. first and last time ordering from this place."

"This place is a local jem. If you want Dominican experience — this place is it! No menu — you just ask the waitress and she tells you what they have. Oxtail stew is awesome — recommended!"
