"I'm impressed. I may order once a month on the McAlister's app and do not usually have many problems in this place. Today was different. The system not only ordered me things they were out of him when they tried to change it or tell me something was wrong. I came into a big hurry, as I picked up SO LATE for lunch for hungry people, and I was not impressed that most of my order was missing. The young man behind the counter was professional and polite. He explained the problem and why nothing could be done until I arrived. He then made suitable substitutions as fast as possible and the articles looked fantastic. (Thanks, person who moved so fast, I couldn't read your name tag. I had a few minutes to look around and noticed how much cleaner the situation was. That could be because I picked up lunch incredibly late, but the staff also seemed positive. Whatever's going on, I noticed it today and hope that they will maintain the good work."
