"YUCK!!! We visited the Japan Fair at the OC Fairgrounds this weekend. This place had a booth and was one of the few places that did not have a long line. In fact there was no line...we just walked up to the window. We ordered a Rainbow cup and watched as a server grabbed the pre-made cup from a large plastic cooler like you would take camping. I thought this was a good sign as it appeared they were keeping the stuff cold prior to serving. WRONG. When I picked the cup up from the counter it was at room temperature and not even close to being cool let alone cold. Not good to store raw fish at the incorrect temperature. We found a place to sit and eat the food. It appeared to have a slice of shrimp, a few pieces of ahi, a few pieces of salmon on top of rice and some salad type ingredients. I always sample the raw fish before adding sauce to test the freshness of the fish. I was horrified at the fishy taste of the ahi. It was not remotely fresh and had obviously deteriorated, probably from the way the pre-made cups were stored prior to serving. The salmon was a bit better but still not real fresh. The fish went in the trash and we ate the rice. Try at your own risk. Oh, and the email address the business provided in the reply to this review is non-functional!"
