"what happened? I know it is no longer Chloe’s, but this place went downhill. the inner experience was cold, empty and creepy. all 3 employees had their masks under the mouth, both while serving and eating. the categor was intoxicated, but while we (one) waited for our order, the kitchen staff were all on their handys that were visible to the customers. I love going here, but eating was soggy, cold and inconspicuous. it's a shame."
