"I used to be a genuine lover of Polygon Cafe but lately their food has been so mediocre and is no longer worth the price. This is the 3rd time that I’ve ordered the Beef Pad Se Ew and the noodles were overcooked, mushy and bland It literally had no seasoning. I also tried their Shrimp Thai Fried rice and it was just rice fried with a bunch of onions, a few pieces of tomato and shrimp that tasted like it was boiled or came precooked in the bag. Again, no flavor at all. The only thing we ordered that still tasted okay was the Tom Yum soup. I’m not sure what changed but the food sucks now. On another note, we ordered 2 dishes and the soup and no utensils (we requested) or soy sauce was provided for $45 order. Save your money and try somewhere else, it’s not worth it."

The Thai Basil was wonderful, too if you're not acquainted with Thai food be sure to watch the heat! "I had stopped ordering from here about 3 years ago since the food was no longer good...I had been a loyal customer since 2016. I have been ordering from all the recommended other sources and they all seem to have gone down lately. I thought I would give Tum Yum another try since their reviews seem to have gone up and since the others were disappointing lately and WOW! They're back! Food was reasonably priced, portions were generous and the quality was exceptional! I'm back to being a loyal customer again!...so happy!OK...I ordered twice since the 5 star review above. They have no menu to offer and ask you to look online...the prices online are from delivery services and they are elevated prices that the delivery services are charging to cover their expenses...even if you pick up the food...so it is way overpriced! The services add about 20%, or at least 15% to menu prices to cover their expenses...so Tom Yum charges the same for some reason. The quality of the dishes the next two times I ordered was not good. They forgot the sauce for the mediocre pot stickers, the Tom Kha soup was like water with very little flavor, The Lard Nar was inedible...not like anything I have had before and the Shu Mai was full of baby shrimp (not minced) and very fishy tasting...we tossed them. The Pad Thai had no flavor, it was like soggy bean sprouts and bland noodles... So long Tom Yum Cafe. There are better places for less money and higher quality. I get upset when I feel ripped off!"

I was wrong and now I feel compelled to let all the others know more vegan! this place is beautiful, cozy, the staff is beautiful, the drinks are delicious, and they have vegan options. her menu notes what vegan is while there (there are one or two options than appetizers and other entrees) and they also have a vegan section with five or so entree article. this is the first Thai restaurant that I could eat in atlanta as a vegan (I am sure others are hiding and not yet on happy cow and my partner and I have gone back weekly."

"It's our first time in Chicago, we were looking for a good supper place near our hotel, and my husband stumbled upon this place online. It's a small place, but it's very cozy and clean. "This food was terrible. Do not eat here. The worst shrimp pad thai I've ever had. Appetizers where over fried. The food smells like dirty feet. All the 3 of the 6 tables there had dirty dishes. There where flies in the place. We took 2 or 3 bites and complained but he would not discount or refund any of the bill. The cook/bus boy came out from the kitchen covered in hickies. Very unprofessional. My kids and I do not recommend this place. It really needs to be inspected by the health dept. The bathroom where also dirty w/ overflowing garbage had a very bad odor."
