"Much of Church St in Burlington is beautiful. After having some Ben Jerry's, we toured the area. After a bit of walking, I needed a restroom. I saw this place when we first walked down the slope of the street and thought it would be nice to enjoy some homemade ramen like they make in Japan. If you're not accustomed to ramen that didn't start as a brick of .10 noodles, you'll have a unique time visiting this restaurant. The open-air dining and decor was reminiscent of fine Japanese dining. The menu, while rather brief, was laid out well and explained everything you need to know about what you'll be getting when you order. Ramen is to be served quickly as to enjoy the noodles promptly. If they sit for too long, they become limp and not as tasty. Their place hit the mark. Most of us had shoyu chicken, which is pretty standard. It was done quite well and served quickly. The prices were a bit high (especially if you're used to .10 ramen), but the experience was what it's all about. Slurping noodles from chopsticks with family. Most of us enjoyed the experience, and yes, I got to use the bathroom. When in Burlington and hunting for pretty accurate Japanese ramen, visit this place!"
