"Was pretty upset about the fact that the food was not as good as I had heard from the reviews. Me and my boyfriend got to try three different dishes. They were all very poor quality and taste. The crepe was overfilled with filling which was way too much and ruined the crepe…The strawberries tasted and looked like they came from a can. The eggs Benedict was also really poor as far as taste and quality. They overdid it with the sauce and added way too much ham. There was no balance and it was very bland. Only thing was descent were the country potatoes."

"First off want to highlight our Server Terri, she is absolutely amazing and treated us so well during our visit. She knew how to support our gluten allergy and was also extremely friendly and attentive. She is a keeper!! The prices were ok and the food itself was decent. My bison was undercooked and the dessert I got was a little too mushy (ice cream on the side next time would have been better). Either way we were happy with our visit and glad we stopped in."

"We ordered delivery for a medium-sized group, and it was a pleasant experience. One great feature is that you can order pizza by the slice. I opted for pizza and garlic bread. The menu offers various pizza styles, including pan, New York style, and thin crust. I found the New York style to be slightly thicker than expected, but still enjoyable, and the sauce had a hint of sweetness, which was acceptable. The garlic bread was also tasty, made with real garlic and not overly greasy. While it might not be the top pizza spot in the area, it's definitely a solid choice."

"It’s a good place for happy hour and dinner with friends.Some of the appetizers were very small. I tried 3 different ones and had a heartburn. I used my Amex card to reserve a table online and the next morning I had a fraudulent transaction on it. Not sure if it was stolen online since it’s a brand new card."

"We were able to come right in and sit down at 10:30am on a Saturday morning. Our server was very friendly and professional and service was pretty quick. I had the egg casserole which had hashbrowns, chipped beef gravy, eggs and cheese. I really enjoyed this dish and would definitely get it again. My husband had the eggs Benedict and said it was very good also exec though his eggs were a little over cooked for being poached. If visiting York, PA I would disintegrate recommend this place."

Over the years, I have tried numerous pizza places, but again and again to this. They have competitive prices and the food is always good. "I wanted to unwind and have a meal so when I passed this diner I thought I 'd try it. Well the waiter was so curt, rude, and in such a rush. What you want?? Then scoops the menus off the table and runs away. Didn 't even ask me what I wanted to drink. Like I was bothering him by just being there. I realized this would not be a relaxing experience, so I told the cashier to forget about my order and walked out. After reading the reviews, I 'm glad I didn 't get to taste the food! Also a big language barrier. I asked for a booth for 2, and they kept saying table for 4? Took a while to communicate that successfully."

"Nothing to complain. A small local restaurant with good food and pleasant service. Very reasonable prices. It gets a little loud when busy. I had the salad with chicken upstairs. Chicken was tender and thoroughly cooked. Season nice and not hard on the salt. Salad green was very beautiful looking and fresh. Others who have dined with me also found their food very good."

"Local combination meat market and Burger restaurant. I just looked at the meat counter and it seemed good filled with various cuts of beef. The restaurant is the type where you order at the counter, your order gets a number and they bring it to your table when it is finished. They have a variety of special burgers that seem to be only locals known as their content is not explained in the menu. They seem to be popular. Because I had the unfortunate timing to be there at the end of the lunch break, I stayed at a double cheeseburger and small French fries. Both were excellent and the Pommes seemed freshly cut and made at home. It was very busy, but the employees were patient, happy and hard working. I will definitely go back the next time when I'm in Delta, as it seems to be a real local jewel. However, I will try to improve my timing to not meet the peak of the lunch break."

"I've been going to Wooden Angel for 30 years. Eating is always consistently fantastic, great atmosphere and waiting staff. Until my last visit, where I overheard my waitress, complained about the top I went before she even knew what was the top. SOOO unprofessional. First of all, the cook should get the greatest tip in my opinion, and the waiting staff minimum bcuz they just bring you the big kitchen that made the cook. I'm not going back soon."
