"I was disappointed in my crabcake, which was obviously Asian crabmeat. I know Maryland backfin well, having lived on the Eastern Shore for 50 years. My husband enjoyed his scallops, but only had four on his plate. We could have stayed home and had a better meal for far less money at one of several Salisbury, MD, restaurants."
