"As a lover of Indian food I have tried a ton of Indian dishes from different restaurants. I can easily say this is the best Indian food I’ve ever had. It is incredibly flavorful and has a depth that many other cuisines could only wish to achieve. If you want a whitewashed version of ethnic food, you probably will rate this lower than it deserves. This food is bold and deserves customers who appreciate its complexity. Food was also very fresh and made to order. Naan was made from scratch and cooked right before my eyes. Eat here if you get the chance!"

"the taste of india is my way to the Indian place. the portions are large, they have fast service, they can order by over eating, and the dunes in experience is also quite good. each dish lets them specify the protein they have meats, but they can make kartoffels, windshield wipers (dairy cheese, vegetables, and I think tofu so that they make almost any option vegetarian. for vegans (woo! they give in which dishes are vegan, of which there are at least 10 I believe, and they can also make other dishes vegan by replacing kokosmilch for cream. I personally get their coconut curry 'prepared vegan' and its amazing! totally recommended! I'm sorry I didn't have a photo, I was there yesterday before I created my happy Cow account."

"The food and ambience was good. I had requested for a table inside since we had seniors in our party. However we were seated in a booth directly opposite to the main door. Every-time the door opened (which was quite frequent) we were exposed to the gust of cold air! Also it would have been nice if they had done something (like other restaurants do) for the two birthdays we were celebrating in our group."

"I am so disappointed! My experience at India Bistro was so horrible I had to ask for my check early and go home to finish my lunch. I love Indian food and was really looking forward to it. With Bengal Tiger and Taste of India so close by I can’t believe this place stays in business. In short, the waitstaff was fine, the food was mediocre but the atmosphere was intolerable. There was incessant noise from a really loud industrial blender, men yelling at each other to be heard over the noise and constant loud chiming of the electronic doorbell. It was like a comedy skit and I really tried to stick it out but in the end I had to admit defeat. I like unique and challenging experiences and I can generally at least find the humor in a difficult time but I met my match at India Bistro. It could not have been more obnoxious. I am so glad to be out of there."

"The prices of what i payed did not match what was advertised in the menu, the samosas were beyond over priced and what they gave me was the tiny little ones you can get from costco and it was super burnt from the inside and outside, so either the chef doesnt know how long to cook for or they keep the samosa frozen over time and just toss in oil when ordered, the outside was too burnt as was the inside for something “fresh” if it wasnt for the chutney it wouldnt even be edible and even then it was like eating charcoal with some tamarind paste"

"Fabulous! Went there for lunch on Saturday for the first time since the pandemic started as we were concerned about the safety of the buffet. They are doing a great job with it by keeping customers out of the buffet area, you tell them what you want and they bring it out to you still in the all you can eat style. They are now even offering to go containers for anything you can’t finish eating. Great value for 13 dollars, extremely friendly staff, and safely distanced tables. Wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to return!"

"We were actually scheduled to have dinner at another restaurant. On reaching there, I was told that the wait was one hour. So I searched up for another restaurant. The choice offered was Bollywood Bistro. Being an avid contributor myself, I respect the views and ratings posted by me fellow reviewers. Our dinner experience was just fabulous! Starting from the the maitre d', the table staff, to the owner (who stopped by to say hello and check on our experience), it was just awesome! We ordered samosa (nice, large flaky potato stuffed aromatic delight), lassi, daal Makhni, roti, and bhindi subzi every item was very well made. The dishes were extremely aromatic and not floating in oil. The roti was freshly made. We were just too full to indulge in any dessert items Having eaten in so many restaurants world wide, this night clearly stands out as an experience we will remember. Dishes are all priced very well. Little did we know that they have been in business for a long time. I look forward to going back with my larger family in the near future."

"First time for me not my first time for my daughter and her family, had a great meal. The portions were spectacular very authentic flavors. The only issue we had was tables not being balanced other than posters leveling them out under the legs and by the end of our meal as the place got busier the smoke from the kitchen sort of flowed into the restaurant dining room area which irritated the eyes of both kids. We had to leave quickly as washing their eyes in the bathroom didn't resolve the irritants. Possible Vent cleaning more often may resolve that but overall the waitresses the hostess everything else was great."

"what a great evening. we chose the Valentine's Day special menu. the mushroom appetizer was incredible .and the lamb cabobs we also very good. to the happiness of one of our favourite dishes, dal tadka was among the choices for dinner. it is always so tasteful and perfectly cooked. we also tried a goat and methi court. everything was cooked to perfection. they were really busy but an excellent service. we recommend the bombay Palace...es is our way to Indian restaurant in sugar land."

"Do not eat here. One of our 2 dishes arrived 10-15 minutes after the other. The Sag Paneer. It seemed to be canned spinach w some cheese thrown in. Zero flavor. No salt no spice no nothing. The naan was alright. The service was really bad, maybe their first night ? Who knows. Very disappointed as I was meeting w a friend I had not seen in 3 years and we were just so upset we wasted our time here my goodness it was bad."

"Sent in incorrect orders. Then made me repeat my address 5 times even though we have similar Indian accent. Ordered 5 rosmalai and 4 rice pudding. They sent me 3 rosmalai and 4 sour cream .
