"Went there with my elderly mom for an early 5:45 dinner in June 22. Of course it was raining, so we sat inside. Hey-I 'm from DC so I don 't like it to rain every day. Don 't worry, you can park very close by, so the rain was not a problem. I was surprised the place was not busy, maybe it was too early.Service was very good, properly attentive and knowledgeable without hovering. My mom had scallops which she said were fantastic. They came with deconstructed potatoes, which looked very interesting on the plate, as you can see. I had a kobe burger that was very good, but on the expensive side of what you 'd expect. We had a beet and quinoa appetizer that was good, but the ratio of quinoa was a bit too high, the dish needed a little more beets and feta to get it right. I also had a strawberry spinach salad that had too much dressing and was a little disappointing the way it was put together. The views are nice, there were even some wedding pictures going on out on the dock while we were there during a break in the rain. The restaurant has that slightly unfortunate vibe of being part of a hotel that is holding it back from 5 stars, but the the food was good and the price was so close to being reasonable that I give it 4 and would consider eating there again."
